New Siding/Windows

We have done a lot of interior improvements so we started on the nasty exterior. We hired Cardinal Home Improvements out of St. Peters. They have done a fantastic job and hired a great crew to do the job.

Kitchen Remodel

We started tearing out our kitchen today. Angie gave up a much desired vacation in order to update part of the house. I didn't ask her too, it was completely up to her. Below are some before, during and after pictures. We hope you can tell the difference. :)

New Bathroom

Here are some before and after pics from our first bathroom remodel.
Turned out real nice considering I had no idea what I was doing when I started.

We put in a new entrance walk as well.

Keegan's room is almost done!!!

We have almost finished Keegan's room.. Jason and I painted it together, and after finishing color blinded Jason can not tell the difference in the paint color! I must say it is weird for Jason and I to be preparing for our little BOY!!! We are enjoying it to the fullest as this will be our last baby! I believe getting Keegan's room together has confused number 3 and 4 a bit, Hayden thinks thinks she moved into Riley's room temporarily while her old room got a make over! We are now to the point of counting down the days until we welcome Keegan into the world, and I just can not stand waiting for anything. I am really hoping Keegan will come out with blonde hair and blue eyes, and just as handsome as his daddy!! :)

Room Consolidation

We put Riley and Hayden into the same room to prepare for Keegan's arrival. The arguing the two of them went through the first night was priceless. One of them would make a small sound to which the other would yell, they the other scream, until they were both at the top of their lungs...and then abrupt silence. Wait 30 seconds and repeat. This went on for about 2 hours before they were both too exhausted to continue. Angie, the girls and I were in stitches.

Ice Storm in St. Peters

We got about an inch and a half of ice over a couple of days this week end. There weren't to many trees that went unscathed. About noon on Saturday, it sounded like every tree was coming down at the same time when the wind picked up a bit. We went without power for two nights.

Home Improvement

I installed my first door this week-end. It was successful, due to all the professional help I had of course. Angie captured a video during this that could be the definition of chaos, I would post it, but Riley is tearing around in her signature birthday suit.

We moved into our new home today.

After about a week of hard work, all new carpet and paint, we were able to move into our new home in St. Peters.

We are on the Apex of horse-shoe street and in a small cul-de-sac, so the traffic is perfect for the kids. This neighborhood has 10 times the amount of children in, so all the girls have lots of friends close by.

The 'honey do' list is a mile long, so if you come by for visit, wear some overalls, cause you aren't leaving clean!
